    After less than 3 weeks the phone overheated and shut down. It would not come back on. Return process complicated because of need to remove personal data from a mobile that does not work. Then 5 days to wait for a repair or replacement. I sent this yesterday so will have to alder how after care materialises. No contact phone number, of course.

    This is my 3rd purchase and the last one is excellent condition but its rubbish.. no signs of use and marks? There is dent on a bezel, crack on camera case and the back door cover, ai can still see the adhesive glue or tape you put.. waste of money. Its from my mum.. the first i bought was excellent for my daughter the second for my dad which black both same excellent condition and it was perfect. But the third one purple for my mum is sh*t
