    The phone was not the good condition as described on the website, as the outside had multiple deep scratches on it. The team were helpful in getting me a partial refund for this issue, but the refund was not even the full difference between a fair condition and good condition. I paid for the new battery option as my previous phone would die on me a lot, and whilst the battery lasts longer than my previous phone, it is on 10% by the evening and does not last the whole day like I expected.

    For the first 10 days worked perfectly, arrived quickly and was in great condition. However phone has now suddenly started glitching, flashing bright colours, touch screen not working and won’t connect to WiFi. Phone incredibly hot to touch. I had asked for a new battery on ordering. I can only assume this is faulty or loose. Given how hot it is getting I would assume it is possibly a fire risk if we had left it charging unattended. It is being returned today.
