    Fast and efficient transaction. However, the description of the features on Backmarket is not reliable. I had to contact the seller directly to get the right information. Last point, when buying a refurbished ASUS PC, register the device as soon as possible on the ASUS site and check the warranty period. I've been fighting with Asus for over a week now because, after registering, my device is recognised as having a 6-month warranty instead of a 2-year warranty!

    Outstanding computer, arrived in a neutral box with the original charger without a scratch and without the slightest sign of use, OLED screen in like new condition with no dead pixels or burn in. For the price paid, really a great deal, same as new but almost 1000€ less in price. Communication with Black Market good, they are quick to respond and try to solve problems before contacting directly the shop that reconditioned the product. I would honestly give them 5 stars, I'm giving them 4 because of the courier they use, UPS just deserves to go bankrupt and close down forever, they make the parcels go round and round with no sense, the communication is very bad and when they answer you they are surly and don't know how to give information. Not even 24 hours to get to Italy from Belgium, another 5 days to tour northern Italy and finally deliver (to a UPS access point because they are so stupid they can't put an address on Google Maps to make the delivery).
