The device is awful, it said excellent but its not even near *fair* , the ports doesnt work, there is color tearing on a part of the screen, battery health is 81% even the screen as a hairline crack at the bottom as if it was dropped. This was my first time ordering from backmarket and never in my entire life i thought i will be receiving such an awful product.

I paid for excellent condition, it arrived with huge dents on the front and scratches on the back, the charger lead is too short so wont reach floor sockets, and within 10 minutes of using , the fan came on, so there is contant whirring in the background. The pacakging was awful , flimsy bit of clingfilm inside, so it was not secure, which means I have to buy some bubble wrap ,as this laptop is being returned
