    The iPhone 13 pro I received was in the perfect condition for which I ordered it. The product was well packaged. The only disappointment I had with this iPhone was the percentage of maximum battery capacity, which was 85%. This is in line with the battery conditions on the backmarket page ( 85% minimum), but I was hoping not to have a battery at the limit of this refurbisher's conditions. However, as it's an iPhone 13 Pro, the battery life is still more than adequate.
