Honestly I could not recommend RhymanTelecoms more ! me and my sister both bought an iPad from them and the delivery , customer service etc was the best we have ever received , our parcels were delayed (no fault of there own) and they sent us some freebies screen protectors ! I received the iPad Air very quickly but when I opened the packaging I was disappointed to see that they had sent me the wrong colour (It was much darker grey than the starlight. When charging the device with the charger provided we noticed that the IPad was vibrating when you put your hand on it and worked out that it was a faulty charger provided. We have changed the charger and it now works perfectly. Happy with the iPad, shame we didn't get the colour we ordered and also that the charging cable was faulty!

Postage was a nightmare, not all due to the seller however but I think a better courier service would have saved a lot of headache. The watch was sold as excellent condition however there are some slight marks around the rim of the watch face, but given the hassle with the courier service I didnt have the energy to query the condition issue. Aside from that the watch is in full working order and the battery held 99 percent charge. The only other slight annoyance was that the watch strap was not genuine and the charger was not either, but I can live with that.
