    The laptop itself is great, was delivered and packaged well and is in good working order. however I am not sure the condition is Very Good - it has 2 very small but visible chunks (not scratches) taken from both sides of the device which are most definitely visible from 20cm

    I ordered an Excellent condition 2020 Macbook Air on the 27th January. Although the item arrived quickly, after testing I noticed that the right speaker was severely damaged. I returned the item in the post on Monday 29th January, and received notification that it had been received by the seller on Wednesday 31st January, however I still have no update on the status of the item. I've messaged customer services twice without reply. I'm extremely disappointed that, after having spent nearly £1000 on a laptop with the intention of using it for work over the past week, I'm still without a laptop and unclear as to when it will be returned of refunded. I would appreciate a response for the Backmarket customer service team.
