    I have ordered a phone previously through Back Market and was really happy with the quality and condition. This time I chose the quality grade 'Good". I was very disappointed to receive it with a big scratch down the middle of the screen, which is clearly visibly from more than 20 inches away. The only options are to return it (which I don't have time to do), or to live with it. I would like the option of a refund of the difference between a Fair and Good condition grade laptop, as I would not consider this Good.

    Really poor experience. I bought a refurb MacBook which was supposed to have 1TB storage. When it arrived, it had numerous dents and scratches and wasn't clean (which might have been OK seeing as it was described as 'fair' condition). I checked the specs and it had only 512GB storage. I sent it back at the earliest opportunity. Renew Laptops are now withholding my refund claiming damage when it was packaged up in the same packaging it was sent in and used for 5 minutes. I've now requested a credit card chargeback. If you do take the risk of buying take photos of everything so they can't pull a fast one. Better yet, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
