    The first time I Received the wrong device. So I Ordered a second phone straight away as it was so close to Christmas paid nearly £300 and still haven't received the phone . The stress of laying out nearly £600 and still no refund or phone is really disappointing.

    The device we were sent was in poor condition. Definitely not "Excellent". Scratched and scuffed around the body and camera lens. A lot of micro scratches on the back cover. The screen protector was half peeled off on arrival. There was also muck/grub in the holes I assume from a previous owner. Thankfully we were able to get a refund.

    I ordered an Excellent condition iPhone 12 as a Christmas Present for my Son. I was sceptical about using a refurbishment company but needed to try and keep costs down. When the Phone arrived the battery health was only 82% so lower than the guaranteed 85% there were also a couple of scratches on the phone too. I sent the Phone back requesting a refund so I could purchase a phone elsewhere as I was worried a replacement wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas or would not be any better. The phone was received back by the seller on 21st December. So I was hoping they would process the refund before Christmas as it says they have to process it within 2 working days. This did not happen and I have chased with customers service a number of times! Today I received a message with a tracking number and saying to look out for my package! Customer services and the seller clearly haven’t read any of my messages properly and I can’t find anywhere to call to actually speak to someone! I’m now still out of pocket and will need to send another phone back. I’m sure if you actually receive a phone in the condition bracket you order, all is good! But if not the return process and customer services is not easy or helpful at all!

    The back was very fragile and broke way too easily. I had taken out the insurance so trying to return the phone to get it repaired but I am still waiting for a label to be sent and confirmation that I have logged out of the phone. This is really disappointing as your reviews were excellent

    I received the AirPods, but they didn’t work properly. I could hear music, but the microphone didn’t function at all. Honestly, based on the poor service I received, I expected their after-sales support to be even worse—so I didn’t even bother returning them. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of money.     I bought this phone to replace my (also Back Market) Pixel 6 after it spontaneously died a year later, only to find that the 7A only sustains 4 hours max of screen time on 100% battery and will frequently drain to half of its capacity within the hour. Turns out Pixel 7A's are known for this issue - Google even acknowledges this and has an initiative to swap out the battery however my phone did not quality for this due to the phone seemingly being from another country. Avoid buying this 7A as it obviously is not being tested for on their 25 point inspection.

    Save yourself the hassle and just get a new phone. Paid for a phone in excellent condition phone came and was visually okay however the camera did not work, I would’ve thought checking the camera would be included in the checks but clearly I was wrong, I sent this back and then was sent another phone which the GPS didn’t work and there was dust inside the front camera lens. I ended up just refunding and paying full price for a new iPhone direct from apple wouldn’t waste your time buying from these not sure what checks they do but seems like none are performed.
