    Great machine. upgraded from my Windows 7 that I have been upgrading and upgrading till I couldn't no more. this new one is the bees knees. Obviously the change from Win 7 to 10 took a few days to get used to but now that's done I'm flying. the 1tb ssd is way more than enough storage than needed. couldn't believe the price of the unit!! I give it 5☆

    I’ve had the laptop a couple of weeks now and I’m very pleased with it. I went for a high spec hoping that it stands the test of time. It’s a higher spec than what I need but it cost around 1/5 of the price of a similarly high spec brand new right now. I am very impressed with the whole thing, buying it from back market and their speedy delivery service etc.

    I wasn't to sure about buying a refurbed computer, but needs must and all of that... And the price of a new one right on top of Christmas, ouch. So, after a bit of surfing and research, I decided on "Back Market", and glad I did. The computer came very well packaged and delivered when they said it would be. The description said the condition was very good and it is. Apart from a small scratch on the casing, there isn't a mark on it and it's all clean and tidy inside. It worked straight out of the box and fired up fast. I've had it for 2, nearly 3 weeks and all is good, I mainly use it for general home surfing and photo work. Not gaming, so I can't comment on that. The only thing I will say is that it didn't come with a CD drive, which was my fault for not asking the question, but no great shakes, just bought a cheap one from Argos to install some programs. Problem solved. So the question of would I recommend or use Back Market again, based on my experiance this time, yes I would.

    very well packaged, delivered very promptly, works perfectly... and buyers can be comforted that they're not contributing towards the non-stop stream of new tech being produced, or precious metals being mined and even causing armed conflict What's not to love?! It'd be good if Backmarket could also provide details for how Mac users can connect up to things like external monitors. I know it's not their role, but a quick guide would be very reassuring, and it'd mean that it's not only people who are good at IT who can use their website!
