    The laptop is good in every details except the battery. I can leave it to charge for 4 hours or more while switched off ( I mean in shut down not just screen off ) then when I turn it on, the battery is only 50%. In contrast, it happened once when I charged it to 100% while plugged in and working on it while then, when I shut it down and truned it on again after a while, the battery became 40%. In another circumstance, I shut down the laptop while the battery was 50-60% then I turned it on again after a while, for a glimpse the battery was 50% and then after a few seconds, it gave me "Battery low " alert. I really like this laptop and it suits my requirement but I do think it needs a new battery. I have set up Windows 11 instead of Windows 10. I don't know if that could have affected any thing. I also did the batteey report in Windows. It gave me that the design capacity of the battery is 60,002 mWh and the current full charge capacity is 49,529 mWh meaning that the battery is 82% of its ideal condition. Is it possible if I buy a new battery because I don't want to replace the laptop and I currently want it badly and don't want to send it and lose a week or 2? Many thanks. Eslam Elsherif
