    The product is good, I am just disappointed at the lack of clarity by backmarket on their delivery system. While paying at the checkout, I selected the special delivery option for 48 hours by extra £5 pounds, and ideally the 48 hours starts from when I place the order. But I received the laptop after 48 hours. When I reached out to their helpline chat, the answers were not even empathetic. They claimed the delivery took time as the seller counted the time from the next day. But as a customer there is no way for me to know it while ordering. If I am paying extra for a 48 hour service, I will expect to receive the service within 48 hours. if it takes a day extra, I could have gone with regular standard delivery option. Why no clarify this to customers? why make them suffer?
