    I received the laptop on Saturday, but upon unboxing and switching it on, I realized they had sent me a faulty device. It kept restarting repeatedly and cycling through red, blue, and black screens, rendering it completely unusable. This makes it clear the seller did not properly check the product before dispatching it. I immediately filed a return request and posted it back on Monday as per their instructions. Thankfully, I received my refund today, which is appreciated. However, the inconvenience caused by this experience was significant. Not having a functional laptop when needed was frustrating, and the return process, including carefully packing and posting the item, was a waste of time. Now, I have to start searching for another laptop, which will take more hours of my time. Overall, this was a disappointing experience caused by the seller’s negligence. I hope they take greater care in quality checking their products in the future to prevent such issues for others.

    First item received was an incorrect model. The replacement device was the correct model but defective (but supposedly in 'Excellent Condition'. Wasted a whole load of time and money trying to get a good refurbished monitor. The Back Market service was close to useless, with no real understanding by the customer service agent about what the problem was or any real effort to not lose a customer. I will not be using this service again.

    I went for 'excellent' on the refurb quality, but it's not that good. There are old stickers peeling off, glue residue where others haven't been removed cleanly, and the laptop itself still had old files on it. BackMarket keep saying to contact the help centre when I try to rate as 'meh' but the link just sends me to a 404 error.

    (A bit disappointed but it could have been worse) The laptop came in pretty good timing however the bottom of the laptop was slightly loose and needs to be screwed in place to make it more secure. The camera shows horizontal lines down the screen which I'm unclear to what is causing the issue There's a black dot in the bottom right part of the screen but it's nothing major The audio sounds distorted but after some research I found out that it is a common issue with that particular laptop With all of that being said It did come with 32gb of ram, 4 core processor and a Tb of storage which is plenty enough for what I need to to do
