    I ordered A HP laptop, which immediately had issues. The first big issue was a dodgy repair job on the laptop top panel - the HP logo was cut out and replaced. The full panel was recovered (badly) with a very poor quality vinyl adhesive wrap. I also had issues with the software- the laptop would not shutdown so just ran the battery empty. I contacted Back market who said the laptop would be returned and fixed - but a refund was immediately given despite the fact i needed and wanted this model / memory. they are all out of stock and I will now be out of pocket as a result when i try to get another. Poor service
