    I'm very happy with my purchase. The monitor is in excellent condition as expected. I found only one tiny scratch on back of base witch is not visible when monitor is on the desk. It works perfectly fine.

    The laptop arrived in time and good condition. Have been using it a lot and is my main laptop that I use. Cannot complain apart from getting the Blue Screen of Death. But not all bad. It only happens when too many things happening at the same time. I can handle that on off thing.

    Honestly can't fault anything. I was looking for days unable to decide, then the device came down another £30 and it was too good not to. Laptop arrived a day before expected (bonus 1). Laptop has touchscreen even though the tech specs state it does not (bonus 2). The battery life is actually impressive and I am surprised given the laptop is refurbished (bonus 3) Condition of the laptop is very good, I ordered the "Fair" condition and honestly other than a very light scratch on the outer top case, it's perfect (bonus 4) All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

    I'm love my new laptop. You can tell that it's second hand and the camera cover is stuck on open (which is better than closed :) ) but other than that it works perfectly. I'm very happy to get such a powerful laptop for such a good price & be a bit environmentally friendly too.
