    Delighted with my iPad mini 4 - its quality and performance. My only disappointment was to discover that iOS could not be updated beyond 15.8.4. Some of the apps I wanted to install required iOS 16 or above. But I am finding work-arounds and identifying instances where having the iPad really fills in a gap. Good value for money!

    The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

    What a great experience, despite an initial fault with a component. Received my order quickly and really well packaged and protected. The monitor was in perfect working order and was a real bargain. The stand was faulty and I had to contact the customer service team.     The only issue, which I can not complain about, is that the item was supplied with a keyboard despite there being nothing about that in the description or photo. I had bought another keyboard, which was not strictly necessary, but I got everything I was expecting and more so I'm happy.
