    This item was delivered on the 9.8.23. By the 6.9.23 it developed problems. Battery charged to 100% in the morning and by the following day, the phone is 'dead' - this is despite me not making any calls, receiving calls or sending texts. I am elderly, live alone and need a working phone in case of an emergency. I have never purchased any item from BackMarket before and I will never do so again.

    absolutely terrible i bought this laptop on good condition it came with the battery broken this laptop doesn’t charge properly and only lasts on hour i’ve contacted the help centre and they’re no help. absolutely terrible. waste of money and they won’t let me return because i can’t reset the laptop never buying off here again and letting family friends know not to buy off here.
