Late review, but the same review. First of all, thank you for optimising the storage space (256GB to 512GB). But I'd still like to point out that despite the fast delivery and the general quality of the product, there was a problem. After not even a year of use, the "space bar" key remained depressed and still is. I know how to use the computer but from time to time, because the space bar is depressed, the computer ends up making spaces all by itself. Otherwise excellent product and very good service, thank you very much :) Late feedback, but feedback nonetheless. First of all, thank you for the storage space upgrade (from 256GB to 512GB). However, I would still like to point out that despite the fast delivery and overall quality of the product, there has been an issue. I can still use the computer, but occasionally, since the space bar is stuck, the computer ends up inserting spaces on its own. I am very disappointed with customer service. Ordered a 3999 Macbook Pro M2 max 2TB but on arrival found an empty package. Spent almost a month talking to various customer service people, reported it to the police and provided all necessary documents. An investigation would be launched and I would receive my money back urgently after 3 working days. This was on 15 December 2023. After several messages back and forth, today I get a message asking me to send the report again to start an investigation. I almost wonder if I am talking to a chat robot or a real person.
