    The reason I've lowered the score a little is that I had great difficulty using this EliteBook 850 g5 pc for the first time (maybe after 2 hours of use): 4 keys (é-z-s-x) were typing another letter, and the most annoying thing was that this also generated a "z" or an "é" (when another key was pressed) which was typed over and over again when entering text, making the pc completely unusable! The return conditions were a bit complicated, so I decided to take it to a repairer who had to change the keyboard (with an invoice). Now it works very well, I'm very happy, despite this incident (and also 18 obsolete drivers that I had time to replace with my ccleaner but that's not too serious).
