    Absolutely amazing, I ordered this just after new years and it works perfect. Ordered it in good condition but it might as well be excellent. It said that there might be tiny scratches on the back but there is nothing. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for something good and fair priced.

The phone is in pristine condition.     Got a 256GB iPhone 14 Pro Max in good condition and it looks in excellent condition if you ask me, no scratches or dents anywhere! And no parts replaced either so it’s all original apple parts. Battery health on 86% which is ok but is only £80 To get a new battery from apple but all over a great buy and only £500!

    Similar phone (B grade - good) from CEX cost £320 but had 79% battery health. Local shop replaces battery for £50, Apple for £85. I asked for a partial refund or a replacement battery for a “refurbished” phone. This was denied so I returned it. At £270 this was a much better deal for us with 88% battery health which may survive for 6-12 months before battery health drops below 80%. Packaging was superior to CEX.

    I was really nervous about buying a refurbished iphone from backmarket, but I figured if I wasn’t happy with it I could send it back as they offered returns within a certain amount of days. Didn’t need to worry! The phone arrived (it was from phones direct) 2 days later well packaged and in excellent condition. I can’t see any marks on it. I opted for a New battery and have no complaints so far. Communication was also brilliant, keeping me updated on delivery status. I will definitely be using again and will be recommending to others.
