    The device came without a single scratch on it! The condition is amazing considering I ordered ‘good’. The only thing letting it down is it came with 89% battery health which could be better but the iPhone 14 Pro Max battery is so good it doesn’t really matter. For the price, I’m honestly amazed with how good this phone is.

However, I received communication to say that the trade in figure was going to be reduced by one third. No explanation why. Didn't agree but couldn 't get a response and only a certain amount of time to agree to the new figure. As I was on holiday impossible to resolve.
