    Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

    Everything is fine, the conditions of the laptop are almost excellent, the battery is around 87% since the conditions were described as excellent I was expecting 90 but it is ok. As for the shipment it was very fast but your office or someone printed wrongly my address. However the forwarder could not find the address and called me on the phone, the day after was delivered , no problem.

    I bought this Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 listed as “Excellent” condition. The laptop arrived quickly and the overall performance is fine, and the battery seems usable for everyday tasks. However, there are noticeable issues that were not expected for an “Excellent” listing. The Enter key does not work properly at all, and the space bar requires extra force to register. There is also a visible dent on the top of the laptop casing. Because of these issues, the device does not fully match the “Excellent” condition description. It works for basic use, but I expected better quality control based on the listing grade.

    The quality of the computer is beyond my believe. The workmanship that must have went in to bring it to that high quality is top notch. Straight out of the (well padded) box the computer has worked flawlessly. I will never buy new again and will seek out this supplier first before anyone else.
