    The laptop works but the batteries were running out very quickly given that it has 2 batteries. Turns out there was a codec issue which was easily resolved from a few online downloads, still dissapointing that I had to do this for myself, a less experienced tech user may not have had the ability to do this. secondly, I chose the excellent condition option, and this was a poor choice. The markings on the keus have all smudged within a year of owning it. The paint pretty much starts to melt from the bodytemp of your fingers. Also see the poor refubishment quality when you turn on the back light keyboard in a dark room. The laptop itself is sturdy, but i'm dissapointed in the quality of the refurbishement. Things were basically plastered on rather than being created for long lasting. This is an awesome website, I will continue to purchase from here, but will pay closer attention to the quality of the goods during the warranty period.

    Delighted with the HP Elite-book. It was exactly what I wanted. I used to use one of these when I was working and got to know it so well. Didn’t think I could afford to buy one of my own when I retired and had to give the work one back, but couldn’t believe the excellent price I paid for a newer model! It looks brand new and even has more great features! Delivery was very quick (3 days) and packaged beautifully!

    Honestly, I can’t believe my eyes, this laptop is as clean as new and I even ordered for a 16gb ram and 256gb rom and I got a 16gb ram and 512 rom, I was shocked !!! Honestly, back market is the best… I once got a Samsung s9 from here which is also flawless and looks exactly like new and same as this Laptop too, now I go my friends on here too and they just ordered for an iPhone 11 Pro Max and an iPhone 11. I’m super pleased !

    Not overly happy with my purchase. I sent it away to get my wifi and headphone plug fixed as I had issues with these, now there's an update required that keeps failing so I'll have to send it away AGAIN. I tried every single solution on the internet to avoid that as I need my laptop on a daily business. I would not buy again. Good costumer service though.

    It stopped working the second time I went to use it - wouldn’t even turn on. Totally dead. I contacted the seller but they were no help really. And as I am now out of the country it is not feasible to return within 30 days as would cost too much to send it back to uk. Very disappointed

    The laptop was advertised as excellent cosmetic condition. This was just lies it is a tattered laptop with some decals over it to hide the marks, screws were all rusty, no internal battery. Very overpriced will not be buying from here again
