    Mixed experience: the product is as described in terms of its condition and characteristics; it was sent quickly and very well packaged. It was afterwards that things got complicated: the power cable supplied was non-compliant, dubious and potentially dangerous... After unpacking and installing the unit, it turned on but didn't recognise the keyboard or mouse --> this was annoying and made the unit unusable as it was. Finally, after reinstalling Windows on another medium (SSD), the computer was finally usable. Without any serious computer knowledge, the computer was unusable in its current state and should have been returned or diagnosed by a professional... It's a pity, because you can imagine that this type of second-hand equipment is bought by customers who are not necessarily at ease with computers.
