    It took me a little while to get everything over from my Samsung phone but that was due to me, not the phone. However all is now up and running and seemingly working well. Phone looked brand new, was packed well on arrival. Only concern it was left on the doorstep by post man. No signature requested which surprised me.     I punched late on Friday, and it came on Tuesday. 2 business days is amazingly fast! The phone works perfectly, the screen seems official and I've seen no problems with colour or pixels on it being defective. It looks just as vibrant as a normal screen. No imperfections on the screen, although some minor scratches and scrapes around the camera casing, but that doesn't bother me even slightly. I paid so much less for this phone than retail, yet it feels brand new! 10/10

    I used Back Market to buy someone a MacBook Pro and it looked fabulous, almost new. When I dropped my 9 month old iPhone 15 Plus down a drain, I didn't have the money to spend another £1,000 there and then to buy a new iPhone. Bought this and the camera is better than the 15 Plus by miles, and it's speedier, for £800 less than my iPhone I lost. That might be more of a Pixel thing than it is about refurbished products, but my point is you can have something great for a cheap price. a 3 year downgrade isn't as bad as you think, and you're also helping the planet too I guess. Be smart and buy refurbished.
