    Good points first: It was well packed when it arrived (That's important). The phone itself is flawless. It's got a great screen, great camera and a fast processor. It a joy to use. I also got this model as it's meant to be weather proof. Fingers crossed. The one bad point, for me, is that it feels huge. I generally keep my phone in my front jeans pocket - it can be a problem. Am I the only one who longs for smaller phones?

    The phone arrived in perfect physical conditions - no marks that I could see at all. It also came the next day - super speedy postage! I've been using the phone for a week now and have had no issues at all - really happy with this, which is my second Backmarket purchase in the last few years (only got this one because I dropped and smashed up my previous buy and it's irreparable!).     Phone arrived super fast and is like a new phone - in perfect condition and with a good battery - and the price and the service were excellent. I love the environmental message in getting as much out of tech as we can. Honestly who needs a brand new phone when so many previous models provide EXACTLY the same end result for a tenth of the cost? Anyone who buys new is only doing it for status.     My experience of buying with backmarket turned out to be an excellent. I chose the Fair category and thought the device i will get will be scratched, broken corners etc or something wrong with it. But surprisingly it was as clean as new. Battery is in good condition. everything is working perfectly. BackMarket is now my way to go for 2nd hand mobile purchases.
