    The iPad Air is great , excellent condition like new .But sent the wrong charger! you would think they would check before sending it? I had to wait over a week for a replacement that was a very cheap BLACK RUBBER copy made in China? Completely unsuitable and probably a fire hazard! And had to replace it for an original Apple charger at the cost of £19 .Back market gave me a credit for £10. And flatly refused to reimburse me my costs even though it was their responsibility to provide me with what i purchased and had to wait over a week to use my new iPad . I should have just bought a new one! Avoid this company ! Customer service is a joke! ! As they are a third party selling other peoples goods.

    Its in exceptional condition. However, the iPhone doesn't connect to my bose bluetooth speaker which my old 11 had no problems connecting to, and the notes app software does not scroll down while typing. It struggled to charge while playing a game as it overheated, but i think this is the problem with the phone model in general, not backmarkets devices. Other than that the battery lasts almost all day and there were no scratches on the phone.

    Received the phone very quickly. The condition of the phone is immaculate. Not had much time to use it yet as I am awaiting a new case for it. The time I have used it I tried the camera tech, omg 😲 who needs binoculars? not me. The zoom on this thing is unbelievable 😳 The only downside is that it doesn't have any expandable storage, so stuck with 128GB. I'm sure I can work round this minor problem though. Also seems to run a little hot compared to other phones I've had in the past. I'll let y'all know more when I get my case and have had time to use it more.
