    I encountered an auto-form-fill malfunction and as a result, the iPad I purchased was sent to the wrong address. However, Esra in Back Market Customer Care was nothing but polite, professional and responsive throughout the process of tracking the iPad's return to the seller and in their issuing me a refund when they found the item was then damaged in transit.
