    I bought an iPhone 12 from the Back Market website because their iPhones are sold with a minimum battery capacity of 85%. Unfortunately, the product arrived with a battery capacity of only 78%, meaning the battery was already deteriorated. Apart from that, the phone seems to be fine, but I'm really not happy about the battery. So I wouldn't recommend this site, as they've shown a lack of professionalism. I could request a return or a refund, but there's still the inconvenience of being without a phone while it gets replaced. in the meantime I'm waiting for answers from their customer service.

    There's nothing wrong with Backmarket, but there is something wrong with the phone model. I really like the long battery life and the quick-access buttons on the side. I chose it for its durability and small size, which means it fits in a girl's pocket! A few drawbacks though: - there are only 2 buttons at the bottom of the screen instead of 3 like on most models (back / home screen / open windows), which is a bit confusing. - which bothers me on a daily basis: the bluetooth sound power is clearly lower than on my previous phone (samsung galaxy A3 2016): I have to turn it up to the max to hear anything on my hi-fi system, in my car or on my portable speaker. - continuous improvement: it's a shame that this model isn't yet de-google-able... like my old one was.
