    First off I want to say that I didn't end up keeping the product despite the fact that I was super happy with it; both the service and the phone. I decided it was too mini for me, that's all. I do want to leave a review because Backmarket was what I expected from it. The phone arrived quick - 3 days - and despite it coming from France to the Netherlands, all communication was in English, clear and timely. I ordered the phone it the 'Very good' condition but it actually was perfect. Didn't see any scratch and everything was in working order. It didn't come in the original iPhone box or with an original cable, but that can be expected from a refurbished phone. I will definitely order again from Backmarket and Mobile Rachat.
