Happily my expectations have been exceeded in all key areas: They delivered very promptly, within 2 or 3 days. The packaging was excellent. The device I bought (Dell 7390 Laptop) is in great condition. Exceeds my expectation. Communication has been excellent And of course I have saved hundreds of pounds compared to buying new.     Faulty laptop delivered. LED screen not working properly. Battery life is also very short less than 30 minutes. Laptop mouse pad is also not working properly and the laptop hangs alot.
