    The product heats up quickly while charging. Battery life is extremely poor, you leave it on charge when using. Brightness light high, unable to reduce or dim though says anti glare on your internet page for description. It also says window 11, whereas is window 10

    It has now been almost a month since I purchased this product and I still do not have a functioning laptop. When it arrived, the battery was incompatible. Backmarket's contact seller option was maddeningly unhelpful and I had to go through the customer services, and this took a long time. The laptop was returned to the seller, who then sent me instructions to reset the boot order on an item that was actually with them. It has since been returned to me with no improvement - the battery still does not work. Device is not fit for purpose, the whole process has been maddening.
