    Neither over the moon or overly disappointed with the Apple Watch Ultra I received. The good: In pretty good overall condition, full factory reset and ready for use. Quick delivery. The bad: The watch wasn’t quite what I would call ‘excellent’ condition, which is what I ordered, with instantly noticeable scratches to the metal casing. It was a bit grubby with grime in the screws and hard to reach areas, meaning the first thing I had to do was finish off cleaning it myself. The band it came with isn’t great quality, so I’ve needed to replace it straight away. The battery came at 89% health, which is above the 80% minimum promised to be fair, but I was hoping that by springing for the ‘excellent’ condition, I might get a bit more, with other reviewers claiming to get 100% having purchased lower quality options. I guess I’m just not a fan of the lottery aspect of battery health, considering it is one of the main factors for most customers. I also noticed that, despite having a larger battery, it lasts about the same as my old and very well used Apple Watch 6, with minimal use, getting me through a full day, but definitely need to charge every night as there’s no way you’d get 2 days out of it. Overall, I’m satisfied enough not to go through the bother of sending it back and trying again with no guarantee of an improvement being delivered at second try, but the negative points outlined above definitely took away from the feeling of excitement once it had arrived. I would consider what I received to be closer to the ‘good’ category description than ‘excellent’, leaving me thinking maybe I should have saved a few £ and gone for the lower quality, but it’s impossible to say for certain without buying various options and returning one, which I would probably recommend if you’re on the fence.

    Im thrilled with my new macbook, it has taken a bit of getting used to and I had a bit of a glitch with the keyboard after a couple of days…it started behaving strangely where the letters no longer corresponded to the typed keys. However, leaving the laptop turned off overnight seems to have resolved the problem. Hoping there will be no more issues going forward! The laptop itself looks like new and it was easy to transfer my data across from my ancient 2012 macbook. Thanks again Back market.
