    Really happy with the item. I'm not sure that the PSU and power cable are official Apple ones but they are brand new. I don't really mind since the unit is in good condition and the price for the 8TB SSD was something that I really need. Getting an M4 version of this spec would be double the cost.

    iphone 12 pro Fair grade 》 Iphone 12 pro excellent grade. I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grade for around 370£ 256gb gold amazing condition very happy with purchase. Instead I plan on buying every future phone from this site

    the only reason i trusted this website was because my boyfriend had got his phone from here and was fortunately one of the lucky few that had no issues. I however, cannot say the same. the iPad was in okay condition. for how the condition "good" was described, i thought everything would be fine technically aside from a few scratches, but no. the ipad to the eye was fine but, it was incredibly laggy, apps didn't open properly and the worst of it was that the speakers didn't work. I took it to the apple genius bar and found out that the ipad had previously been taken there for the same reason, been sent back to backmarket, and then sold on (to me). for a website that glorified reducing buying fast tech and refurbishment of the technology they sell, this was absolutely appalling. i understand second hand products come with their faults but for £270 the ipad should have sound for god sake. i wouldn't trust this place. side note, notice how they don't have a contact number? dodgy.

    I expected premium condition to be premium. of course I understand its a refurbished device but It had a screen thats wasn't the right screen , an s23 ultra has corner edges but this one comes with rounded , curved bezell in the display and that makes it look like a fake phone seriously

    The switch between my S21 and the S24 was pretty painless. It was pretty much automatic , the transferring of all personal files, folders and images. I have found a few small gripes though with things not quite the same between the two phones but that is just part of the adventure.
