    the order arrived fine and came on time. back market was very efficient but the Surface Pro stopped turning on 5 days after purchase and the screen was having issues from day 1. For a product that is not that discounted compared to other second-hand resellers it was just really frustrating the have to be getting the product fixed less than a week after receiving it. i am in the process of getting the product fixed through back market but if the product is not properly wiped they won't fix it, I cant guarantee the remote wipe has worked as the product won't turn on.
