    The first device i got was faulty. It had something going on with the battery, but the replacement was easy and the device i got is in good condition. This is my second purchase and the first one was an iphone 13. That was still running good. Also got good value for trade-in. Always find it better to use a refurbished phone rather than buying a brand new phone.

    This Samsung Galaxy A26 5G 256GB was my second purchase on Back Market. The experience, from searching for the right phone, to submitting the order, to receipt of the item, and finally the con urrent user experience was pretty flawless. Very happy with my replacement phone. I had been warned the box would have been pre-opened, but aside from that, the phone was clean, unmarked and has been working perfectly. The battery seems to rundown a little more quickly than I would have hoped, requiring more frequent charging (and yes, I do follow and action optimum battery life options), but other than that, I would not hesitate to give Back Market 5 🌟.

    My phone was delivered two days after ordering with good communication from Backmarket and arrived at the time specified. It was well packed. It was classed as excellent, and on inspection it looked like brand new. I put it on charge and it charged up to 100% in a short space of time. I was a little wary of buying refurbished but my son recommend them as he had purchased from them previously, for himself and family, and was perfectly satisfied with his purchases. I'm glad I took his advice as I am highly delighted with my purchase, especially as I got a good as new phone and saved a substantial amount of money compared to the price of a new one. I would highly recommend Blackmarket and would not hesitate to purchase from them in future.
