    Vendor to be avoided. I will explain my bad experience at JeuxVidéoDuNet : In June, I ordered a 3DS XL in "perfect condition" from this seller via Backmarket. After placing my order, I was supposed to receive my console quickly, i.e. within 4 days. But I had to wait 8 DAYS just for the JeuxVidéoDuNet sales team to drop my parcel off at the post office. That already sets the tone. Once I'd finally received and opened my parcel, I noticed that I was holding a 3DS XL that was VERY FAR from being in perfect condition. The console's top screen is badly scratched, one of the hinges is broken and the console as a whole is also badly scratched, damaged and very, very dirty (full of dust and dirt that I can't even begin to describe). It's honestly a shame to sell a product in such a state without bothering to clean it. My story doesn't end there, because after seeing the state of this console (which was supposed to be in "perfect condition", for the record), I decided to send the device back and get a full refund. After dropping the package off at the post office a few days later, I noticed that the delivery drivers couldn't find the JeuxVidéoDuNet address. I decided to do a bit of research and it's quite normal for the deliverymen not to find the address when it's wrong! In fact, the delivery note I received from the JeuxVidéoDuNet sales team had the wrong address on it! So I decided to contact Backmarket, who were very professional (thank you), and provide the Chronopost delivery drivers with the correct address. In the end, the parcel arrived at the right destination and I was able to get my €300 refund. Unfortunately, it was after this bad experience that I realised that other people had had the same experience as me (look at the reviews of this seller on Google maps, Backmarket or other sites...). So, based on my experience with JeuxVidéoDuNet, I would advise you not to order from them. Avoid wasting your time and money. After this bad experience, I still managed to buy a 3DS XL in perfect condition for €200, including charger and protective case, by going straight to the shop.
