    So much cheaper than buying the phone new...haven't tried dropping it yet, maybe I'll do an updated review when that happens, but I'm really impressed with the phone so far. It came super quickly, along with charger and earphones. However...the charger is for European plugs, not British, and the earphones broke after using them twice! But other than that all is good at the moment. Fingers crossed the screen is as good as it says it is... Thank you!

    Hello Here's the review I left on trustpilot and the reply I got from Olivia in your customer service department: "Abnormally worn battery The phone works well and the delivery went well, but the battery is at the end of its life, it discharges in a few hours of use and does not last the day. It should have been replaced before resale.
