    My phone arrived damaged with very obvious attempts made at a repair. Dent in the back of the phone with what looks like sharpie pen to try and colour match it. Same colour used on camera bump to hide what must have been a scrape. Now note that I bought the phone in "excellent" condition. I contact customer services and was told that I'd have to pay for a repair as the seller claims it was damaged in transit. Now ignoring the fact that there's an obvious "quick fix" applied already - there's no damage to box and nothing in the box that could possibly have done the damage on the phone. Very poor experience and totally let down by customer support.
