    The computer seems to be in excellent condition and has so far caused no problems apart from the fact that the edition of Windows that appears in the settings is Windows 11 IoT Enterprise and I preferred to install a new version to make a clean start. I tried a trial IoT version downloaded from Microsoft but it remained as a trial version, I don't know why. The key written into the computer indicated a Windows 10 product.     I ordered the laptop and when it arrived, the battery wasn't working; it only worked when plugged into the mains (I can't understand why they don't check the equipment before sending it, especially for a refurbished service). They offered me an express return, brought me another one, and that one works fine so far. The one that doesn't work I have to take to a DHL collection point. If it's their fault for sending me an uninspected, non-functional device, I don't understand why I have to travel. I had to drive over 50 km to return the computer. First, I went to a DHL collection point, and it turned out they don't accept express returns there, so I had to go to another one. If I shop online, it's because I don't want to/can't waste time going physically to a store, and because of poor management, I ended up having to travel to return a product that, I insist, didn't work because they hadn't checked it before sending it. So, in summary, the second computer they sent me is fine, but the return should have been picked up from my home.
