The item description wasn't specific enough. There was no mention of the VGA connection (I bought an adaptor that wasn't necessary after all). The Windows version was not specified. The language of the OS and Windows is Spanish. Fortunately, I understand this language, so I didn't have too many problems. I was able to change the language of Windows, but the system messages remain in Spanish.

The computer arrived quickly and in better condition than expected. The only negative is that the charger doesn't work quite right, the cable that goes from the power supply to the laptop, you have to bend it in a certain position for it to charge properly.

The delivery was pretty well estimated despite it being just a day after the estimate given (but seeing as it's an estimate it's forgivable), the only problem I had was there was a product feature where something wasn't written but that didn't cause any more problems.

Great value for money. On the other hand, be careful, as the PC comes from Spain with Windows in Spanish as the main language and Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and French as secondary languages. Switching to French keeps some of the Windows menus in Spanish, so you have to reinstall Windows. Apart from that, the hardware is impeccable 👍

Computer in a very good condition as stated in the advertisement. I will definitely continue to buy refurbished equipment.

I've just opened it and I'm happy with how it comes. The operation so far (I hope always) very smooth and well. I bought it in very good condition, and the truth is that I certify it. I have never had any problems with Back Market and that's why I keep buying. Thank you

Well, in general, it works well; there are a couple of details that I don't like so much: if I disconnect it from the power, it loses the day/time settings and windows doesn't load; if it's disconnected from the power and I plug in the power strip, it turns itself on automatically - without me hitting the switch; the first time, I had to force a fail-safe start because it never started, it restarted in a loop.

The product offered by the seller is in excellent condition as is the battery. I have taken a few days to see how it works and I am completely satisfied. I recommend the seller 100%.

I had never used this platform or bought any refurbished product before and the truth is that I couldn't be happier: It works much better than I expected and the appearance is unbeatable (I bought it in "Very Good" condition). I will definitely buy other types of devices from this site again, not only because of the savings, but also because of the peace of mind that comes from knowing that I am contributing something to the environment by giving a second use to this type of device. It is one of the discoveries of the year.
