The service and delivery was great. The phone was in very good condition, just as I was expecting. However, there is clearly something loose in the phone in respect to when it vibrates. It makes a very loud rattling noise. I can even hear it if I shake the phone Honestly, I'm not that bothered as it is just as a second work phone and barely gets called, but if I had purchased this for my child as a first phone, I think they, and I, would have been disappointed, even allowing for the age of it. Still not putting me off using the company in the future, just need to manage my expectation when purchasing a 5 year old+ handset.
