The help service is good and kind people work for back market clearly. However I had a technical fault with the phone I ordered having an extremely quiet in call speaker and then when I sent it back they were polite and helpful and a replacement was sent very fast. However the replacement was covered all over in minor screen scratches that looked like it had been dragged along tarmac… and I ordered a good condition phone which claims to have a perfect screen! And as I spent over £300 I felt it was fair to also not find this replacement acceptable. I appreciate it is a used phone service and body scratches on the device don’t bother me. I am hopeful I will be third time lucky but if not I won’t be buying from back market again even though I support the work they are attempting to carry out.
