    Delivered to me in no more than a thin plastic bag and a sheet of cardboard. Battery drains quicker than my old pixel 4xl and performance is worse. Now having a major dispute trying to return the phone. Simply unacceptable and I will not be using backmarket again. My experiences have previously been nothing more than mediocre and this is by far the worst. Certainly avoid this particular seller!

    I've been sent the wrong phone twice. I ordered a Black S21 FE, a blue-ish S21 arrived. I immediately noticed because I've bought a phone case for the S21 FE and it fell out. After returning the phone, I have been sent another S21 (which I am fairly certain is the exact same phone that I was sent the first time.) I'm down £285, with no phone for literally weeks, and had a fiasco sending it back because I work 09:00 - 17:00 and there's only one DHL drop off I can access after work. Really not impressed at all.
