    I'm really happy about my iPhone 11 Pro. It is exactly what I wanted and Apple didn't sell it anymore. I would never have considered buying a refurbished model as I'm afraid of that kind of thing but a few friends persuaded me and I'm glad they did. I feel I've reused and recycled so that's good for the planet plus the phone is really great and half the price. The service was terrific. I'd put the wrong postcode on the form but they got back to me straight away when I told them and I received the phone the next day. All in all I'm really happy with this purchase. Thank you!

    iPhones aren’t waterproof after being refurbished by backmarket. My phone’s ruined after a rainstorm - definitely won’t be using back market again anytime soon. 👎

    I was very excited to find this page with refurbished phones for a reasonable price. The i phone x pro max arrived in excellent condition ( no scratches or dents) but the touch screen wasn’t working so I had to send the phone back to be fixed or replaced. It arrived week later in very good working order so I am so far very happy with it. It was a bit of a hustle to find replacement phone for that week and to move all the data back and forward but it’s all sorted now. I am happy they fixed the issue with no problem but for future it would be good if they double checked the products before sending them away to avoid disappointment. Overall still good experience!

    I am very satisfied with my purchase! I bought an iPhone XS with the aesthetic condition "Fair" and the condition I received the phone is excellent. There are a couple of minimal marks on the back of the phone, but once I put a case on it, it practically looks like new. The phone works really well, the software, the camera, screen, buttons, etc. The only details is that the speaker does not sound high quality and I constantly receive a message from Apple saying that the cell phone's battery is not genuine (The battery has worked very well and lasts a lot, so maybe it is not really a problem ). Without a doubt, this BackMarket was a fairly inexpensive alternative to buying the new iPhone and I would certainly do it again :)

    Was a bit skeptical buying from this site as I’ve never bought a refurbished phone before. It was very quick delivery.     Not sure if I'm rating Back Market or the phone here. Can't fault Back Market, and will use again. The phone isn't as good as my old phone, but that's because it's a slightly newer model and I don't like the changes. It seems perfect though, for what it is. Only issue is it won't connect to my home WiFi when other devices do, so might need better signal strength than some other phones before it can connect. Would be really unhappy if I didn't have loads of mobile data to fall back on, but I do, so all good.

    Very pleased with this purchase. I ordered a 'very good' condition phone and frankly I can't see any cosmetic damage! After trailing through all the refurbished phone sites, this was by far the best price and quality for the iphone 8 plus . Have not had any issues with the phone so far, pleased to have a 12 month warranty alongside it, and I absolutely love the colour, no other website seem to offer the 'Rose Gold' within my price range, so I am very happy with this. Not only, this phone came with a load a lot of accessories too (screen wipe, headphones, charger, charging adapter, SIM unlocker), I was only expecting a minimum of charger, as this what Apple provides. Very very happy with this.

    To be honest I wasn’t expecting such quality for the price and was pleasantly surprised. There are no visible scratches at all!! The battery was 100% and continues to charge and last really well. My phone arrived promptly and was well packaged (just as well as the postie threw it over my back gate!!) Overall I am very pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back market to anyone thinking of upgrading but not wanting to pay the extortionate price for a brand new phone.
