I’m very happy with my new iPhone SE (2020). I have no complaints and it is as was described on the website. It came with 98% battery, which is excellent. This is the second iPhone SE I buy from Backmarket, the first one in July wasn’t working properly so I returned it and was fully refunded within 10 days of purchase. I decided to give them a second try and bought a similar iPhone SE from a different seller and so far I have no complaints. Back in March, i bought my daughter an iPhone 11 from Backmarket and she’s very happy with it. No issues at all so far. I recommend this company and will be buying from them again
