    IPhone 11. I think you are always sceptical when buying a used phone but I was seriously surprised. The service was brilliant it all arrived on time as promised…..I couldn’t wait to open the box and WOW! Amazing phone looks just like new and so far it’s behaving like a new phone.     After 16 days the phone is getting hot when using the apps. The screen goes black. The app closes down and takes you back to the Home Screen. Not good at all. This will be the second phone I have had to send back because of issues with the functionality. You pay a QA fee which ensures extensive testing and other quality measures are carried out by your hand picked refurbishes on the item you sold me. Please explain what these extensive tests and other quality measures are above and beyond what the refurbishes do already.
