Yes, there was a national Bank Holiday at the time of ordering, but after an extended wait for delivery, to receive a device with 1/4 of the storage capacity than paid for (with NO explaination) was beyond disappointing. Incorrect item has since been returned to seller; and again, I am left waiting for a response, refund, acknowledgement, etc. Don't think I'll be using this service again; have been very put-off by this experience.
