    My experience tells me your are fraudulent in promising expertly refurbished iphone 12. The phone we received was faulty and missing a part as diagnosed by an Apple shop when took it there. We returned it for repair and it came back with the missing glass to the camera in place but broken. You have blamed this on the courier which is not creditable if it happens to be the missing original part. What this leads me to believe is you technical functions has failed twice and the fact that your customer case team is being totally unhelpful given the phone is essential for my daughter at college suggests totally lack of care when you rip off customes.

    Process of choosing and speed of delivery was fantastic. Only slight disappointment with the phone is that it seems to have dead spots on the screen where it is unresponsive, despite being of excellent condition grade? But perhaps this is just the same on every other phone. Also the torchlight function does not work. All in all, more than happy.

    The phone came as described. Excellent condition. I had problems with the phone losing signal from my service provider 3 I had to keep turning the sim off and back on to get a connection. I tried another sim from someone on Lebara and that worked with no issues. I changed my provider to Lebara and no issues since.
