Dealer selling via this company is buying the phones cheaply from other countries and selling them in the UK. Big downside to this is the phone WILL NOT UPDATE. As the phone is registered under another region it does not receive updates like it should. The firmware on phone in my case is from the USA and it hasn't had an update since October of 2023. Its so far behind in security updates it poses a serious risk to my data. Do not buy from this seller. Just buy used from someone in the UK. I cannot even force an update on the phone as the seller as physically disabled the feature in the firmware.
